100 grams of 100% pure highest ceremonial grade matcha from authentic Japanese Tencha leaves brought to you with love from two sunrise lovers in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. This is a superfood powder for use in hot matcha lattes, iced matcha drinks, smoothies or baking. Check out our recipe page for inspiration.

Approximately 25 - 50 servings per packet. No need to use heaped teaspoons for this bad boy! One level teaspoon is generally enough for the standard cup.

Serving Suggestions: Mix a level teaspoon (2 - 4 grams) of matcha powder with a splash of hot water. Mix or whisk well to ensure no clumps before stirring in steamed milk of your choice. Add a dash of maple syrup or honey for sweetness and a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra opulence. If you are new to matcha, be careful not to make your first one too strong. Matcha is a delicate flavour and if too much is used, you risk compromising the taste.
